Baked Frittata

This dish is so easy to make. It’s delicious, healthy and always a favorite in our house. Below are directions on how to make any kind of baked frittata. I used dill, parsley, scallions and feta. But feel free to use whatever you like.


-12 eggs

-2 handfuls of cheese

-2 tablespoons of milk

-Add in any veggies, spices and herbs you want (be sure to cook veggies beforehand and let them cool before adding them to the eggs to prevent eggs from cooking)

-Salt & pepper


Set oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly cover 9in pan in olive oil or butter. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, herbs, salt, pepper and/or cooked and cooled veggies. Pour into the 9in baking pan. Bake until golden brown and center feels springy 25 minutes. Enjoy!
